2014

Hello and happy new year! I hope you had amazing holidays.

I apologize for my lack of updates. For now my updates will be mostly work stuff until I start having time and energy to draw for myself.

Meanwhile I decided to start a doodle blog where I’ll post silly stuff I draw in my sketchbook or rough stuff I gave up finishing.

ravishingrobert: I am seriously in love with your artwork, you're so talented! I had a question regarding something you got asked previously (how do you make your line art look so crisp)-- is there a specific method or process that you do to make it look like that besides drawing in high-res?

Aww, Thank you!

I know how frustrating inking can be, but I don’t think there’s much more I can answer to help with that. High-res plays a big role on how crisp your lineart will be, but a huge thing for me was getting a better tablet (I have an intuos 4) and a better software (I use clip paint pro). When I used photoshop, I used to often give up due to frustration as it was not made for painting.

I also have a video here showing my process. I hope that helps a bit more =)
